March 9, we had a little power outage and the kids and I got to do it the old fashioned way! We lit candles, and played Mad LIbbs, LIFE, and did a puzzle. Luckily we were making chocolate Fondue anyway, so since we have gas we were still able to melt the chocolate and eat the sweets! We dipped angel food cake and marshmallows and bananas in the delicious melted chocolate!! Here is a couple of pics:

Jesus these cats are growing like weeds! And they eat a ton of food, and of course the litter...I won't begin to describe the quantity!!! And guess who gets to do the scooping! (you got it-Brian!)

We finally got some winter!! I know, many of you have had rain up to your #$@#!!'s, but for us the weather has been pretty much a no-show. We had some cold days, some wind, some rain, but it has been above 50 more than below 32, so, we kind of got cheated on winter! But last weekend, we finally got enough snow to break out the snowblower, and to make a snowman!!
okay, it isn't really my snowman, but we did make one. Unfortunately the picture won't load right. If you look closely, you can see the real one in front of the door, by the light pole! Almost 3 full feet in height!!. But it WAS just like this one, only smaller! (much)

ABBY LOSES A FRONT TOOTH!! Late in the evening on Sunday Jan 14th, Abby lost the wiggly front upper tooth that she has been waiting for for months! It just popped out! She instantly called Mommy at work to tell her, and then called Mimi to let her know too! Of course the Tooth Fairy came that night and left her a generous $1!! Wow how times have changed! I remember it used to be a dime! Anayway, Abby is very proud, and is now watching a couple of other teeth! The other front one is a little loose, and so is a front lower. She should be toothless in no time!!
UPDATE: February 8
Abby came running of the bus on Wednesday the 6th - she had lost the bottom tooth while biting into a bagel at lunch. The nice moms who volunteed in the cafeteria, put her tooth in a baggy for her. The Tooth Fairy came with 2 shiny quarters to put in her Disney change jar!

UPDATE ON KIT'S ARM:
Kit is doing well. He has had his stitches removed and is wearing a sling to support his arm. He will have to do a lot of physical therapy, but he should be good as new in a few months. Congratulations Kit!
